Fluor Corporation has been selected by America First Refining to perform front-end engineering and design services for a large-scale refining facility.

Contract Details

The company will recognize the undisclosed contract value in the first quarter of 2026. The facility represents the first new refinery constructed in the United States in more than 50 years.

The facility will process American shale oil into gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel using commercially proven technologies. Upon completion, it is expected to handle more than 60 million barrels per year of domestic crude.
