Service Overview

LittleTown.Pro provides two categories of services:

  • AI-assisted static website generation, tailored for professionals, nonprofits, and community organizations—especially in small-town and rural areas.
  • Marketplace functionality, allowing customers to request work and professionals to present their information for consideration.

Each website generation purchase includes:

  • A static website, generated from your submitted content
  • A downloadable ZIP file of your site
  • Temporary hosting (up to 14 days) to allow migration to a long-term hosting solution (e.g., GitHub Pages)
  • Exhaustive documentation for deploying, customizing, and managing your site

Note: LittleTown.Pro does not offer long-term hosting, recurring services, or ongoing support unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Marketplace & Professional Listings

LittleTown.Pro provides a platform where:

  • Customers may post requests for services.
  • Professionals (“Pros”) may submit their information for a small listing fee.
  • Customers may then choose to contact Pros directly outside the platform.

Important points:

  • LittleTown.Pro does not participate in, guarantee, or mediate any financial transactions, contracts, or service agreements between Customers and Pros.
  • All agreements, payments, or disputes between Customers and Pros occur independently of LittleTown.Pro.
  • Pros are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, and Customers are solely responsible for verifying the suitability of any Pro they choose to engage.

By using this marketplace feature, both Customers and Pros acknowledge and agree that LittleTown.Pro is not a party to any subsequent agreements and bears no responsibility or liability for the outcomes of such arrangements.

Content Restrictions & AI Moderation

To ensure the integrity and legal compliance of our platform, all submitted content may be reviewed using automated AI tools.

You may not upload, submit, or request the generation of any content that includes:

  • Lewd, pornographic, or sexually explicit material
  • Hate speech, discriminatory content, or incitement to violence
  • Fraudulent, misleading, or scam-related materials
  • Viruses, malware, or embedded malicious scripts
  • Any copyrighted materials (e.g., logos, photos, videos, text) without documented legal rights or licensing
  • Images, videos, or likenesses of individuals who have not provided informed, documented consent to be featured in an online or public context

By using our service, you certify that:

  • You either own or have acquired the rights for all content submitted
  • Any identifiable individuals featured in your materials have given permission for online publication
  • Your use of the service complies with applicable laws and platform rules

Violations may result in denied service, content removal, or account restriction, without notice or refund.

Support & Documentation

Support is limited to the following:

  • Verifying that your site has been successfully generated
  • Ensuring your ZIP file is accessible and complete
  • Troubleshooting access to your temporary hosting link within the 14-day hosting window

You will receive extensive documentation that covers:

  • Deployment to free or low-cost static site hosts (e.g., GitHub Pages)
  • Connecting your domain name
  • Basic customization and content management

Support does not include ongoing maintenance, site updates, or direct assistance with third-party tools or hosts.

Refund Policy

Refunds are offered only under the following conditions:

  • Your generated site is fundamentally broken or corrupt, and
  • You report the issue within 7 calendar days of delivery, and
  • We are unable to regenerate or resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame (typically 3 business days)

If a regenerated or corrected site is successfully delivered, no refund will be issued.

Temporary Hosting

LittleTown.Pro provides temporary hosting of your generated site for up to 14 days. This allows you time to migrate the files to your own static hosting provider.

You are responsible for:

  • Downloading and backing up your site
  • Setting up your long-term hosting solution
  • Managing your own domain name configuration

After the 14-day period, the hosted copy of your site may be permanently deleted.

Your Responsibilities

By using LittleTown.Pro, you agree to:

  • Submit only lawful, appropriate, and rights-cleared content
  • Avoid submitting material that violates copyright, privacy, or consent laws
  • Download and store your website files promptly
  • Complete migration to a long-term hosting solution before the temporary hosting expires
  • Manage your own domain name and DNS settings
  • Review and follow the provided documentation

Right to Refuse Service

LittleTown.Pro reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at our sole discretion, especially in the following cases:

  • Submission of prohibited content
  • Abuse of our platform, tools, or services
  • Attempts to circumvent our policies or misuse AI assistance
  • Any conduct deemed harassing, unlawful, or unethical

We may also preemptively block access if submitted content is flagged by AI moderation tools as non-compliant.

Intellectual Property

  • You retain full ownership of all content you submit
  • You are granted full rights to the static site generated from your content
  • LittleTown.Pro retains ownership of the AI tools, templates, platform, and service infrastructure used to generate your site

You may not redistribute our templates, tools, or platform code unless explicitly permitted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LittleTown.Pro is not liable for:

  • Loss of data, business, or revenue after delivery
  • Downtime or hosting issues with third-party services
  • Delays caused by user error or incomplete submissions
  • Technical issues arising after the 14-day hosting period
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Any agreements, payments, disputes, or outcomes of interactions between Customers and Pros conducted outside of the platform

Modifications to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Revisions will be posted publicly, and continued use of LittleTown.Pro indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
